SHIPPING POLICY

MAUMshop prints on the best paper on the market with a fine art printer in the USA. Each work is created custom just for you. MAUMshop color matches every print to the artists' source file and fully authenticates every piece. All images are displayed accurately, but screen resolutions and brightness may reflect variations from the final printed edition.

Occasional damage by FedEx or UPS or USPS in transit happens and is out of our control. We are happy to work with you to immediately resolve any damage that might occur.

When will my order ship?

Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Most personalized items process within 5-7 business days. Processing is calculated in business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, 3 business days from then is Thursday so your order should be shipped Thursday. Keep in mind if you place your order on the weekend, a holiday or past 2:00 pm PST, processing time begins the following business day.

If your order contains a personalized item, your order will not be shipped out until the personalized item is complete. If you are in a rush and need to have items ship separately let us know. A separate shipping cost will be charged to you for separate shipments.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping at additional charge of us $79.99
International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy and an extra US us $49.99 non-refundable shipping charge. MAUMshop is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are calculated : leading time + shipping time = delivery time. For example, leading time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (2-3 day USPS priority shipping) = 6 business days from the date you ordered for your order to arrive to you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Damaged Items

Tracking

An email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also check the status of you order by logging into your account.
